This chapter may not be construed to conflict with, replace, restrict, or supersede applicable provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) [42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq. If a provision of this chapter is in conflict with an applicable provision of the ADA, the applicable provision of the ADA controls the interpretation of the chapter.75 Del. Laws, c. 141, § 1;
