The Division of Professional Regulation shall establish reasonable fees for licensing respiratory care practitioners and for biennial license renewal. A licensee, when renewing a license, shall provide documentation of continuing education related to respiratory care pursuant to the continuing education requirements for respiratory care practitioners established by the Advisory Council.75 Del.
