The Division of Professional Regulation shall establish reasonable fees for licensing and for biennial license renewal. A licensee, when renewing a license, shall provide documentation of continuing education related to acupuncture pursuant to the continuing education requirements for acupuncture practitioners established by the Acupuncture Advisory Council.76 Del.
