Whoever engages in the practice of genetic counseling or attempts to engage in the practice of genetic counseling contrary to the provisions of this subchapter shall be guilty of a Class G felony and shall be fined not less than $500 and not more than $1,500, or imprisoned not more than 2 years, or both.77 Del.
