Whoever engages in the practice of polysomnography or attempts to engage in the practice of polysomnography contrary to the provisions of this subchapter shall be guilty of a class G felony and shall be fined not less than $500 and not more than $1,500, or imprisoned not more than 2 years, or both.78 Del.
