§ 1907

(a) All fees and other money received by the Board shall be paid over to the State Treasurer, in accordance with Chapter 61 of Title 29. (b) Expenses of the Board, within the limits of appropriations made to it, shall be paid by the State Treasurer upon warrants signed by the proper officers of the Board.24 Del.
