The amount charged by the Division for each fee imposed under this chapter must approximate and reasonably reflect the cost necessary to defray the expenses of the Board as well as the proportional expenses incurred by the Division in its services or activities on behalf of the Board. A separate fee may be charged for each service or activity. At the beginning of each licensure biennium, the Division, or a state agency acting on its behalf, shall compute and set the fee for the licensure biennium.24 Del. Laws, c. 140, §§ 9, 12; 24 Del.
