The Executive Secretary may issue a temporary, 90-day license to practice pharmacy to a person who has made application for a permanent license and whose application is pending. In issuing a temporary, 90-day license, the Board may impose conditions as it considers appropriate, including, but not limited to, restrictions on the practice of pharmacy.
