No person shall hold himself or herself out to the public as a licensed marriage and family therapist or a licensed associate marriage and family therapist unless the person is licensed in accordance with this chapter. It shall be unlawful for any person who is not licensed under this chapter, or the person's employees, agents, or representatives to use in connection with the person's name or business the words 'licensed marriage and family therapist,' 'licensed associate marriage and family therapist,' or any other words, letters, abbreviations or insignia indicating or implying directly or indirectly that such person is licensed.75 Del.
