(a) The Board shall promulgate regulations to designate each of the following: (1) An examination, as described in § 3906(a)(3) of this title, to be administered to applicants. (2) The maximum number of times an applicant may take the national examination designated under paragraph (a)(1) of this section. (b) In the event the applicant has already taken and passed the national examination designated under paragraph (a)(1) of this section, the Board shall accept the certificate or other evidence of successful completion, and the applicant is not required to take any further state examination.63 Del.
