§ 5122

(a) An agent of the Division may enter and inspect during business hours, without prior notice, any shop or school where cosmetology, barbering, electrology, nail technology or aesthetics services are offered, rendered or taught, or any other place where such services are offered, rendered or taught. (b) An agent of the Division acting pursuant to subsection (a) of this section: may inspect and copy records required to be kept by this chapter; may inspect within reasonable limits and in a reasonable manner the premises and all pertinent equipment; and may inspect other things therein, including records, files, papers and facilities relating to violation of this chapter. (c) All information gathered under this section shall be kept confidential in accordance with all federal and state laws regarding privacy.77 Del. Laws, c. 65, § 1;
