Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to prevent the practice of nursing home administration by persons registered with the Board and working under the direct supervision of a Delaware licensed nursing home administrator; such licensed nursing home administrator shall be responsible for the activities of the unlicensed person practicing nursing home administration in this State.64 Del.
