§ 2228

The recorder shall be entitled to charge the same fees for recording instruments which are recordable under this chapter as the recorder is entitled to charge for like services with respect to the recording of other instruments.25 Del. C. 1953, § 2228; 54 Del. Laws, c. 282.;
