§ 3703

The lien for work done or materials and supplies furnished shall exist in favor of all ship builders, ship chandlers, merchants, dealers, tradesmen and mechanics for all work done or materials and supplies furnished or provided in or about the building, repairing, fitting, furnishing, supplying or equipping of such ships or vessels.22 Del.
