§ 4006

In the case of motor vehicles, the court shall enter an order requiring the Division of Motor Vehicles to issue title to the vehicle in the name of the petitioner or other person who has purchased the vehicle through sheriff's or constable's sale, and the petitioner or other person to whom title to the vehicle is to be issued shall present to the Division of Motor Vehicles a copy of the order of the court with the court's seal affixed thereto.
