§ 731

If the purchaser of any lands and premises sold under the provisions of this chapter dies before the return and confirmation of the sale and deed made accordingly, the Court of Chancery, under its general equity powers in this behalf, may, upon the payment or securing of the purchase money, in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, direct the deed to be made to the persons entitled in such case to the lands and premises so sold.Code 1915, § 3281; Code 1935, § 3745; 25 Del.
