§§ 81-126. Transition period for existing contracts prior to effective date. Anything to the contrary in this chapter notwithstanding, any declarant, dealer, or unit owner may, but shall not be obligated to, comply with the provisions of subchapter IV of this chapter regarding public offering statements and resale certificates with respect to any contract of sale executed prior to the effective date.77 Del.
