§ 104

The Governor, with the advice and consent of the Senate, may remove any member of the Commission for neglect of duty or misconduct in office, giving to the member a copy of the charges against such person and affording an opportunity of being publicly heard in person or by counsel, upon 10 days' notice.47 Del.
