§ 107

A majority of the members of the Commission shall constitute a quorum and shall be sufficient for any action by the Commission; provided, however, that a single Commissioner may sit for the purpose of hearing testimony in any matter provided: (1) The parties consent; and (2) Any final decision in the matter must be approved by a majority of the members of the Commission.47 Del.
