(a) The DEO shall annually publish a report on statewide electricity and natural gas consumption and electricity peak energy demand, submit this report to the Secretary, and make the report available to the general public by December 31 of each calendar year commencing in 2011. (b) All affected energy providers shall provide electric and natural gas consumption and peak usage data to the State Energy Coordinator annually by April 1 as required in § 1502(b) of this title.77 Del.
