§ 1507

(a) The Secretary shall review each report submitted by all affected energy providers under § 1502(b) of this title to verify that the applicable performance standards under that subsection have been met. (b) In determining compliance with the applicable energy savings requirements, the Secretary shall exclude reported electricity savings or natural gas savings that are not adequately demonstrated and documented, in accordance with the regulations promulgated under § 1504 of this title.77 Del.
