§ 1518

(a) Each permit shall be in the form prescribed in the rules and regulations of the Board and shall contain: (1) The name and address of the permit holder; (2) The number of times and the hours during which such games are to be conducted; (3) The prize or prizes to be offered or given and the maximum wagering limit or limits; (4) Any other information which may be required by the rules and regulations. (b) Each permit or license shall be conspicuously displayed at the place where the game is to be conducted for the duration of the event.28 Del. C. 1953, § 1137; 51 Del. Laws, c. 65, § 1; 64 Del.
