The sponsoring organization may place a maximum time limit for players to act on their hands. At the end of the time limit, if the players have not bet, they must check. If there has been a bet to a player, the player's hand is dead. The dealer must provide warning to the player before the expiration of the time limit.75 Del. Laws, c. 117, § 1; 79 Del.
