The maximum number of players in a Texas Hold'em Poker tournament shall be set by the sponsoring organization, but in no instance shall exceed the room occupancy established by the Delaware or Municipal Fire Marshal for the room in which the Texas Hold'em Poker tournament takes place.75 Del.
