§ 461

(a) The Delaware Thoroughbred Racing Commission as created and existing under Chapter 101 of Title 3 shall have jurisdiction over horse racing in Kent County pursuant to this chapter and shall have authority to grant licenses therefor as provided in this chapter. (b) The word 'Commission' as it appears in this chapter shall mean the Delaware Thoroughbred Racing Commission as created and existing pursuant to Chapter 3 of this title.28 Del.
