§ 462

No provision of this chapter shall in any way be construed to repeal any provision contained in Chapter 101 of Title 3, provided, however, that where any provision of this chapter shall be in conflict with any provision of Chapter 3 of this title, the provisions of this chapter shall control with respect to horse racing in Kent County.28 Del.
