As used in this chapter: (1) 'Committee' means the Joint Legislative Oversight and Sunset Committee established by this chapter. (2) 'Committee staff' means the employees of the Division of Research of Legislative Council who are assigned to support the Committee. (5) 'Full review' means a formal assessment of the entirety of an entity, conducted under § 10211 of this title. 'Full review' does not include a focused review.
