(a) Employees of the Division of Research of Legislative Council and of the Office of the Controller General serve as the permanent staff of the Committee. (b) The Committee may, by the affirmative vote of at least 6 members, provide for other assistance, equipment, or expenditures that are within the limits of the Committee's budget.
