The Commissioners may hire personnel and shall be entitled to receive their actual disbursements for expenses in performing the duties of their office. The Commissioners may contribute a reasonable sum toward the expense of holding the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws. The amounts needed by the Commission for its operations and its contribution to the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws shall be appropriated annually or biennially by the General Assembly.29 Del.
