(a) The salary of the Attorney General shall be $30,000 per annum. The Attorney General shall fix the salaries of all of the members of the Department of Justice within the limits set forth in this section. (b) The salaries of all attorneys employed by the Attorney General in the Department of Justice shall be fixed by the Attorney General within the appropriations made to the Department of Justice pursuant to a salary plan established by the Attorney General.29 Del.
