There shall be a Delaware Commission on Interstate Cooperation. This Commission shall be composed of 9 regular members, namely: (1) The 3 members of the Senate Committee on Interstate Cooperation; (2) The 3 members of the House Committee on Interstate Cooperation; and (3) The 3 members of the Governor's Committee on Interstate Cooperation.42 Del.
