§ 421

The Director of the Office of Management and Budget shall have general charge of the State House and administration buildings and shall see that they are properly cared for. The Director of the Office of Management and Budget shall assign all rooms in the State House and administration buildings for such uses and purposes as the Director may designate.36 Del.
