The official stamp of a notary public must meet all of the following: (1) Include all of the following: a. The notary public's name as it appears on file with the Secretary of State. b. 'State of Delaware'. c. 'My Commission expires on' and the commission expiration date. d. Other information required by the Secretary of State.
