§ 4705

The Division of Forensic Science shall be maintained in a suitable place or places which shall be designated by the Secretary of the Department of Safety and Homeland Security. The Department of Safety and Homeland Security shall provide or arrange for proper and necessary equipment for use of the staff of the Division of Forensic Science.29 Del. C. 1953, § 4709; 50 Del.
