For the purpose of this chapter all custodians of public records of this State and the political subdivisions thereof shall, upon the request of the State Archivist and Records Administrator, afford to the State Archivist and Records Administrator or Delaware Public Archives staff designated by the Archivist all proper and reasonable access to and examination of all public records in their custody.66 Del.
