(a) For purposes of this section, 'epinephrine autoinjector' means a single-use device used for the automatic injection of a premeasured dose of epinephrine into the human body. (b) The plan shall provide coverage for medically-necessary epinephrine autoinjectors by including at least 1 formulation of epinephrine autoinjectors on the lowest tier of the drug formulary developed and maintained by the carrier.83 Del.
