Disability insurance coverage pursuant to this chapter may be provided and/or administered by an insurance carrier licensed under the laws of this State. The carrier shall be selected by a vote of the Committee, and legally authorized to transact business within this State, and having adequate servicing facilities to carry out the terms of the contract as awarded by Committee.75 Del.
