§ 5909

The General Assembly recognizes that appropriations may be needed if the Board is to carry out effectively this chapter. However, no change in pay rates shall take effect and no other expenses shall be incurred until an appropriation therefor shall have been made by the General Assembly.29 Del. C. 1953, § 5909; 55 Del.
