The Secretary shall ensure that each merit employee signs a copy of the Department of Technology and Information's acceptable use policy and that the signed copy is placed in each employee's personnel file. If an investigation concludes that a merit employee has violated that policy, any discipline resulting in the loss of wages must first be reviewed by the Department of Human Resources prior to implementation of the discipline.76 Del.
