§ 5940

The review date for employees of the classified service shall be December 31 of each fiscal year, except for fiscal year 1990. For fiscal year 1990, the review date for all employees shall be January 1, 1990, and shall not change during the fiscal year. The review date for employees hired during any fiscal year shall be December 31 of the subsequent fiscal year, except for fiscal year 1990. For fiscal year 1990, the review date for employees hired before January 1, 1990, shall be January 1, 1990, and for those hired after January 1, 1990, the review date shall be July 1, 1990.62 Del.
