§ 5941

All officers and employees of the State shall comply with and aid in all proper ways in carrying out this chapter and the rules, regulations and orders thereunder. All officers and employees shall furnish any records or information which the Secretary or the Board may request for any purpose of this chapter. The Secretary, with the approval of the Board, may institute and maintain any action or proceeding at law or in equity that the Secretary considers necessary or appropriate to secure compliance with this chapter and the rules, regulations and orders thereunder.29 Del.
