§ 6514

(a) The Director of the Office of Management and Budget may indicate to every agency the manner and method in which any and every form of indebtedness, including salaries of officers and employees, shall be presented to the Director of the Office of Management and Budget. (b) Subsection (a) of this section shall not apply to the Governor of this State or to the judicial department thereof, nor shall this section or § 6513 of this title apply to salaries when the amount of salary is fixed by law.32 Del.
