§ 6524

Every agency shall furnish the Secretary of Finance annually with a distinct statement of all qualifying property of the State under the control or jurisdiction of the agency, and the cost price of such property. Such statement shall be prepared in accordance with instructions set forth in the Budget and Accounting Policy Manual, and shall be certified by the head of the agency making the same.32 Del.
