§ 6527

Upon the discovery of any delinquency in any agency, the Secretary of Finance shall forthwith report the same to the General Assembly, the Director of the Office of Management and Budget and the Attorney General who shall thereupon take appropriate action.Code 1852, § 534; Code 1915, § 508; 32 Del.
