§ 7303

(a) This chapter shall be applicable to any facility or part of any facility and to any alteration thereto, which, after July 13, 1979, is: (1) Constructed by or on behalf of the State; (2) Is leased or rented in whole or in part by the State; (3) Is financed in whole or in part by the State or by bonds guaranteed in whole or in part by the State. (b) This chapter shall apply only to the alteration actually being made to any facility and not to any of the surrounding or related area or facility.62 Del. Laws, c. 174, § 1; 77 Del.
