In the descriptions of the various Senate districts, all references to a road, highway, street, drive, place, parkway, lane, avenue, boulevard, route, turnpike, river, stream, branch, gut, boundary line or other physical feature shall refer to the center line thereof unless otherwise specified.78 Del.
