§ 8001

A Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control is established and shall have, in addition to the other powers, duties and functions vested in the Department by this chapter, the power to perform and shall be responsible for the performance of all the powers, duties and functions heretofore vested in the Highway Department pursuant to Chapter 45 of Title 7.29 Del.
