§ 8019

The Department, through appropriate divisions, subdivisions and offices, shall have the power to perform and shall be responsible for the performance of all of the powers, duties and functions vested by law in the Board of Game and Fish Commissioners, Delaware Commission of Shell Fisheries, State Park Commission, Delaware Soil and Water Conservation Commission and Delaware Water and Air Resources Commission immediately prior to the effective date of this chapter and which are not otherwise specifically transferred to the Department by this chapter, excepting only those powers, duties and functions expressly vested in or retained by any such commission.29 Del.
