§ 8307

(a) The Division of the Treasury is hereby established having powers, duties and functions as follows. (b) The Division of the Treasury shall have the power to perform and shall be responsible for the performance of all the powers, duties and functions heretofore vested in the State Treasurer, pursuant to Chapter 31 of Title 19 and Chapter 54 of Title 30.29 Del.
