§ 8410

(a) The Council on Transportation shall have access to all books, records, reports and other documents relating to the divisions and offices of the Delaware Department of Transportation unless otherwise prohibited by law. (b) The Chairperson of the Council on Transportation shall make an annual report of the Council's operations to the Secretary, the Governor and the General Assembly, and render such other reports as the Secretary, the Governor or the General Assembly may from time to time request or may be required by law.29 Del.
